Project Management

With projects for clients now extending into design, supply, and construct, Extrin Consultants have been requested to take on more roles as client’s Project Managers. This has allowed Extrin to provide our client base with “Single Point Accountability” on all major projects.

Extrin provides Project Management to ensure all aspects of our refurbishment activities are undertaken to stringent QA/QC measures, meeting all current statutory requirements and client specified project guidelines and regulations.
