Originally trained as a boilermaker, Nathan Fernance completed the TAFE Certificate 3 Corrosion Technician’s course in 2000 and is a certified Australasian Corrosion Association Coating Inspector.

During his time with Extrin, Nathan has been involved in a wide variety of industries including the mining, process and marine industrial sectors. Activities include coating inspection, technical support to CP system inspection, in-house testing, collation and input of project data in project reports, as well as providing technical and other project support to Extrin's Engineers and fellow Project Coordinators.

Additionally, Nathan is routinely involved in sourcing of technical literature and specifications for engineering design projects, client liaison and general office support in a variety of office management functions.
