Wayne Gray has been involved in the Concrete Repairs and Protective Coatings industry for the past 18 years. He is a certified Australasian Corrosion Association Coatings Inspector and has represented material suppliers, contracting companies and asset owners, so has a broad perspective and knowledge of the industry.

Wayne has played a key Project Management role in the refurbishment of steel and concrete assets at gold mining plants in Kalgoorlie, and also assisted in bringing these plants towards compliance with the new International Cyanide Code requirements.

Wayne has previously been involved in a number of large scale mine site Mill and Crusher refurbishment projects and has recently been responsible for providing QA/QC on coating of a critical mine asset for an African-based mining project.
